“This event is about builders showing builders what they made — and the community voting on who did it best.”
— Dante Hamilton, Organizer, GAIDE™ Chicago
What BALOMMON™ Actually Does
BALOMMON™ is a Flutter progressive web app — no App Store download required. It loads like a native app on your phone, but it lives on the web. And it runs the entire GAIDE™ Chicago experience from the inside out.
Here’s what’s inside:
App Components
- Music portal — the official GAIDE™ Chicago Sovereignty Soundtrack
- Voting system — attendees vote on builder projects in real time
- Launch portal — builder onboarding and project showcase
- Sponsor portal — sponsor dashboard and placement management
- Marketplace — WooCommerce store integrated directly into the app experience
When builders upload their projects, attendees can see what problem it solves, how much it costs, what the solution looks like — all of it. The voting happens live during the event. Public vote. No VC judges. The community decides who wins.
The Stack I’m Building With
Everything runs on Google Cloud Platform. The development environment is Google Antigravity — that’s the IDE I use for all of my vibe coding. But I pair it with Claude for high-end logic and architecture decisions.
Technical Stack
- Flutter / Dart — cross-platform progressive web app
- Google Antigravity IDE — primary development environment
- Firebase / Firestore — auth, database, real-time sync
- Google Cloud Platform — hosting and infrastructure
- WooCommerce REST API — marketplace integration
- Spec-driven development + feature-based clean architecture
On Architecture: Stop Coding, Start Architecting
Back in August I was working on an app in Dreamflow. The Dreamflow team gave me advice that changed how I build: stop coding and start architecting. I didn’t know what that meant at first. I had to reverse engineer it.
I learned about Go Router. I learned about Freezed. I learned about spec-driven development and feature-based clean architecture. And now that’s how everything I build is structured — enterprise-grade from day one, even if I’m the only one building it.
“This is enterprise feature-based architecture. I’m not here to explain it — I’m here to build it.”
— Dante Hamilton
That discipline is exactly what GAIDE™ Chicago is about. You don’t need a team. You don’t need a VC. You need a clear architecture, a real problem to solve, and the willingness to build in public.
The Onboarding Flow
The current build shows the full onboarding sequence: splash screen, what the app is, who it’s for, what you do inside it, then sign up and log in. Next up is wiring all of that to Firebase authentication so the flow is live.
When someone opens BALOMMON™ for the first time, they don’t just land on an event page. They get context. They understand what they’re walking into. That onboarding experience is the first impression of GAIDE™ Chicago for every builder and attendee.
The Sovereignty Soundtrack
While I’m building the app, the event already has its own soundtrack – five original AI-generated anthems that capture the philosophy of GAIDE™ Chicago. “No Pitch Deck.” “Vibe Coding Life.” “100% Mine.” You can stream them free or own the full WAVE album for $4.99.
Every dollar from album sales goes directly into the $2,375 Sovereign Builder Prize Pool. No middlemen. Pure energy circulation.
Listen + Support
Preview the anthems free or own the full 5-track Collector’s Edition in studio-quality WAVE format.
This Is What the Event Is About
If you’re building something with AI — anything, any stack, any tool — and you’re ready to show it to real people, get real feedback, and compete for real cash prizes with no investor strings attached, this event is for you.
I’ll review every invitation request personally. If there’s alignment — if there’s synchronicity between what you’re building and what this event is about — you’re in.
GAIDE™ Chicago
Greatest AI Developers Expo · Invitation Only
The app is being built right now. The soundtrack is live. The invitation requests are open. April 13th is the custom swag deadline — after that, personalization closes.
Come build with us.
