Event Experiences

All investments are final.

GAIDE™ Chicago Builder Experiences – including the Builder Experience, VIP Builder Experience, and General Admission Experience – are non-refundable. Every Experience is invitation-only and processed only after a personal Vibe Check screening and explicit approval by the organizer. Because each cohort is capped at 100 and every spot is earned, no refunds or transfers are issued after your payment link is processed.

Your investment is non-refundable regardless of:

• Schedule changes or conflicts
• Inability to attend on event day
• Changes in your project status
• Technical issues on your end

If GAIDE™ Chicago is cancelled by the organizer due to circumstances outside our control, all Experience holders will receive a full credit toward a future GAIDE™ Chicago event or a refund at the organizer’s discretion.

Sponsorship Investments

Sponsorship investments are non-refundable once the sponsorship agreement is confirmed and your payment link is processed. Questions about your sponsorship deliverables? Contact dante@gaidechicago.com.

Official Event Swag — Fulfillment & Shipping

GAIDE™ Chicago official swag is produced and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Every item is made to order.

Fulfillment time: 3-7 business days Shipping time (USA): 3-4 business days after fulfillment Estimated US delivery: 7-10 business days from order date

Shipping times for international orders vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties assessed by your local customs office. These fees are outside our control.

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, contact info@gaidechicago.com with your order number.

Swag Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized swag.

We will replace or refund swag only if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was shipped
• A personalization error was made on our end

To request a replacement, email info@gaidechicago.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

My order should be here but I have not received it

Before contacting us please:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
• Check with your local post office
• Check with neighbors in case the courier left it with them

If the address was correct and the package is missing, contact info@gaidechicago.com with your order number and we will investigate.
